Team Introduction
At Customer Product Team, we work hard to promote Ringle and to make sure that all Ringlers are satisfied with our service.
We touch on everything related to improving our customer experience - Sales, Marketing, Promotion, Pricing, PR, CRM, CS, and more. We take our learnings from interacting with customers and collaborate with Tutor, Dev, and UX/UI team to yield concrete improvements in our product.
Yonghun Jeong
Head of Customer-Product Team, Seoul
I joined Ringle during my master's program at KAIST. I started as a developer, Marketing Lead, PM, and Head of Data. Currently, I am leading the Customer Product Team, where I am working to create a GREAT service.
Dongseok Kim

I have been making advertisements from Cheil Worldwide as art director and post-visual as creative director. I joined the Ringle team while studying media design at Keio Graduate School.

I worked as a commercial director to deliver the story of a brand through video in an appealing way. At Ringle, I aim to convey the story of Ringle easily and entertainingly through a wider variety of video formats.

Assistant Director & Editor, Seoul
At the production company, I primarily created fashion films. Later, during my freelance work, I developed an interest in advertising, which led me to join Ringle. Now, I'm involved in editing and working as an assistant director here.

Graduated from HUFS (EICC major). Ringle and I are with you every step of the way as you navigate the complex path of learning English.

I studied Communications Design at Pratt Institute, and worked as a BX designer. I am aiming to deliver cohesive visual language and brand experience at Ringle.
