Zoom Audio Issues
After entering the class, you need to manually connect the audio for it to work properly. Please manually connect the audio from the bottom left corner of the Zoom screen.
- The headphone icon indicates that the audio is not connected. Please click [Join Audio] to connect the audio.
- If the audio is connected but muted, please click the [Unmute] icon.
- When the [Microphone] icon is displayed, it means everything is working properly.
- If you are using the Ringle app, please double-check this part!
- For students using Android, if you see the [WiFi or Cellular Data] bubble when you click the headphone icon, you need to tap the bubble directly with your finger to properly connect the audio.
When using a headset or earphone
If you are using a headset or earphone join audio first before connecting your headset or earphone.
Zoom Recording
1. If you have opted for audio-recording (while setting your lesson style), only the audio will be recorded and provided for review.
2. Please note that the [●] mark on the Zoom window and the voice saying “Recording in progress” is due to the default setting of the Zoom client. Your face or screen will NOT be recorded.
⚠️ Ringle does NOT offer any screen recordings but ONLY audio recordings.
