Hello, this is the Ringle Customer Experience Team.
On December 4, 2023, Ringle will undergo the Ringle 3.0 update, a year-long preparation. With the 3.0 update, there are discontinuations and changes in some service offerings, and we would like to inform our customers about them.
Starting from December 4, the expiration date of the make-up credit (student cancellation) issued upon cancellation of a regular lesson within 24 hours to 2 hours before the class starts will be adjusted from 60 days to 14 days.
The make-up credit (student cancellation) issued through the lesson cancellation policy is designed to support the rebooking of lessons after the originally scheduled lesson is canceled.
The make-up credit issued through the lesson cancellation policy is intended to support the rebooking of classes after the originally scheduled class is canceled. However, with a 60-day validity period, there were instances where 1) the proportion of rebooking within the extended period decreased, and 2) the pass remained unused and was deducted in many cases.
Therefore, to increase our customers' learning rates, we have carried out a revision by adjusting the validity period, encouraging class attendance. Typically, we recommend rebooking classes within 14 days after lesson cancellation, and with this revision, we anticipate a higher utilization rate of same-day class passes than before.
*The lesson cancellation policy will remain the same, and the make-up credit issued for tutor cancellations and tutor no-shows will continue to have a 60-day expiration date.
We carefully listen to each of your opinions to create a better service. If you encounter any inconvenience or have questions while using the updated features, please let the RIngle Customer Experience Team know.
