As of September 15, 2023, following the amendment to the Personal Information Protection Act, we would like to inform you that the Ringle accounts that were previously dormant have been reactivated for the following reason:
Reactivation Date: December 7, 2023
Deletion of related content in accordance with [Article 39-6 of the Personal Information Protection Act] and [Article 48-5 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act].
In line with the amendment to the Personal Information Protection Act, accounts classified as dormant will be converted to regular accounts starting from December 7.

Q. Why was my account reactivated?
Due to the amendment of the Personal Information Protection Act, the special provision for the destruction of personal information of customers who have not used the service for a year, Article 39-6, has been repealed, leading to the reactivation of dormant accounts.
Q. Why did I receive this email even though I opted out of email reception?
This email is sent to all dormant account holders as a legal notification of account reactivation, regardless of email reception consent.
Q. How do I withdraw my membership?
To withdraw from Ringle, please visit the Ringle website and go to [My Page > Basic Information].
