Lesson certificates are available to view and download from the Ringle website.

Please note that Lesson or Attendance Certificates are currently only available in Korean or English.

How to get certificates

1. Log in to the website → Click your profile → [My Credits] / [Issue certificate] → [Certificate / Receipt]

2. Click [Issue certificate] for lesson/attendance certificates

3. Certificates are available in the PDF format for download and printing

How to configure certificate settings

1. Number of certificates
Choose how many certificates you want for your package. Note that this setting cannot be changed later.

[Setting the Certificate Count]

• You can choose to have Ringle certificates issued for specific periods within the total lesson days of your credits, with each certificate covering a minimum of 30 lesson days. The available certificate count (i.e., number of periods you could divide the total lesson days into) depends on the credit package you hold as follows.
  • 4-credit package (30 lesson days) : One (1)
  • 12-credit package (90 lesson days) : Up to three (3)
  • 48-credit package (360 lesson days) : Up to twelve (12)
• If you need a certificate that shows the total lesson period and total payment made, please set the certificate count to one (1).

[Example]

• Your credits: 24-credit package (240 lesson days = 6 months)
• Company requirement: Monthly verification
• Certificate Issuance: Set certificate count to six (6)

2. Certified value of credits
Type in the value of the credits to be specified on the certificate.

• Your credits: 24-credit package (240 lesson days = 6 months)
• Company requirement: Monthly verification
• Certificate Issuance: Set certificate count to six (6)

3. Certified period
Select the lesson period to be specified on the certificate. You can adjust it within the package's validity period.

4. Checkbox: Include all completed lessons
If checked, the excusal or makeup lessons taken during the selected period (but excluding free promotional lessons) will also be counted toward the attendance rate.

5. Completed lessons
The number of lessons taken during the selected period will automatically display.

6. Eligible lessons
Type in the number of paid credits you want to use for your attendance rate. The attendance rate equals [Completed lessons/Eligible lessons X 100]. The number of remaining credits will automatically display for the final certificate of the package, and this number cannot be revised.

7. Attendance rate for the selected period
The number of lessons taken during the selected period will be counted toward the attendance rate.
Attendance rate = [Number of completed lessons/ Number of eligible lessons X 100]

8. Cumulative attendance rate
The total number of credits purchased will be counted toward the attendance rate.
Cumulative attendance rate = [Number of completed lessons/ Total number of credits X 100]
Any attendance rate exceeding 100% will be displayed as 100%.
