💡 Exchange credits(20min↔40min) are available to view and download from the Ringle website.

💡 How to exchange

Log in to the website → Click your profile → [My Credit] → [Exchange Credits]

• Currently, credits can only be exchanged on the website.
• Credits are converted based on the regular price of lessons (40 min regular price: 60,000KRW, 20 min regular price: 36,000KRW) and the difference will be given as points. Accordingly, one 40 minute session is not equivalent to two 20 minute sessions.
• After exchanging credits, you may select the date/time/tutor for your lessons.
• Prior to exchanging credits, you may not request two 20 minute sessions in exchange for one 40 minute session.

⚠️ Terms

1. Only regular time credits that have been purchased can be exchanged [20 min ↔ 40 min].
(B2B credits, free credits, and limited window credits cannot be exchanged)

2. Credits can only be exchanged once per package and exchanged credits cannot be reversed.

3. Credits that have been exchanged cannot be refunded.

4. Credits for which a lesson certificate has been issued or expected to be issued cannot be exchanged.

5. Number of credits will be automatically calculated based on the regular price of each credit.

6. Validity period extensions or exchanging between 20-min and 40-min lessons are not supported for Every Week Credit.
