How to Do Hybrid Right

I can listen to podcasts at any time since they are asynchronous. 	

The course was asynchronous, which meant that I could start it at any time. 

Untethered from conventional expectations of society with his newfound wealth, he felt free to pursue whatever he felt passionate about. 

All the other boats were moored to the quay, but my untethered yacht was floating around freely. 

As a perk, complimentary breakfast is served daily.

Insert whatever dream destination you have into the frame.  The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed many companies to rethink their work arrangements in terms of both space and time. To an average knowledge worker, however, workation may sound like a <span style="12pt; font-family: Georgia; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-weight: 700; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">farfetched [4] story. Between a busy life to maintain, and the comfort of a polished day-to-day routine, the thought of workation may be shelved before its pros and cons are properly considered. Thus first talk to your manager to see if remote work is a possibility for you.  When you do this, let the nature of your work guide the discussion since your role shapes critical drivers of productivity. On a personal level, consider taking advantage of this trend—you might be able to reevaluate and reestablish your relationship with work.
