We’re reaching out to inform you that the Ringle Bite-Size Feedback (Beta) feature, available in the Ringle app, will be retired on October 17th.

Bite-Size Feedback was designed to support your daily review by delivering sentence-by-sentence tutor feedback from your 1:1 lessons through in-app notifications. However, based on customer feedback, we’re working on more comprehensive review tools to offer an even better experience. As part of this shift, Bite-Size Feedback will be retired to make way for these new improvements.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the removal of Bite-Size Feedback in the redesigned Ringle app, which now features Ringle AI Tutor, introduced on October 17th. Going forward, we’ll work to improve our communication around service updates and changes.

• End Date: Friday, October 17th at 4 PM
