Hello from the Ringle Team!

We are excited to announce that Ringle’s [Credits/Certificates] webpage will be renewed on December 20, 2022 (Tue). This renewal will make it easier for you to check your credit history.

The webpage renewal will include the four major changes and updates below:

1. A new [My Credits] menu

A [My Credits] menu will be added at the top of the page to make it easier for you to check the type and number of credits you have remaining.

2. Credits shown in the order of remaining lesson days

Your credits will be shown in the order based on the number of lesson days left from least (i.e., closest expiration date) to most, not in the order of issuance. Thus, you will be able to check the numbers of remaining lesson days and lessons of your credit packages much faster and easier.

3. Filtered search for credits

We will be adding a filtered search function for credits so that you can quickly find the credit you’re looking for using filters, such as [Availability], [Credit type], and [Lesson length].

4. New way to check bonus credits

The renewed page will provide an easy way to check when and why you received bonus credits (e.g., purchasing credit package, lesson cancellation, tutor no-show, etc.).

Ringle will continue to upgrade our services based on your feedback to make your English learning as enjoyable and effective as possible.
