The Ringle AI Speaking Partner service you've been using in the existing Ringle app will be integrated into a new service called "AI Tutor" from mid-October. We would like to inform you about the integration schedule and changes.

AI Tutor is an English learning service that complements the shortcomings of the existing AI Speaking Partner, allowing you to learn English expressions for specific job roles and industries, and practice role-playing suitable for various situations.

As the AI Speaking Partner service is being integrated into the AI Tutor service, your existing AI Speaking Partner credits will be converted to AI Tutor credits. Additionally, you will receive compensation for the AI Speaking Partner credits you currently hold. Detailed information regarding the compensation will be provided individually on Monday, October 14th.

Change Schedule

• Between Monday, October 14th and Friday, October 18th
• Detailed change schedule will be announced via pop-up in the Ringle app and website the day before the change.

Changes

1. The existing Ringle AI Speaking Partner service will be terminated based on the change schedule and transferred to Ringle AI Tutor. Accordingly, the design of the home screen in the Ringle app will be changed.
2. AI Tutor has three functions: "Study", "Role-playing", and "Discussion". You can use the same service as the existing AI Speaking Partner in the "Discussion" area within AI Tutor.
3. The number of credits you currently have for the AI Speaking Partner will be replaced with the number of AI analysis rights for AI Tutor without any deduction. Example) Current 10 AI Speaking Partner credits → Replaced with AI Tutor Premium Membership + 10 AI analysis credits
4. All existing B2B customers who have one or more AI Speaking Partner credits will automatically receive AI Tutor Premium Membership.
5. If you have an AI Tutor membership, you can use all the Study/Role-playing/Discussion functions of AI Tutor without limits.
6. However, the AI analysis provided after the conversation is limited according to the number of "AI analysis credits".
7. You can check the number of AI analysis credits in "My Ringle" > AI Tutor "View Conversation History".
