We are excited to announce improvements to the usability of the Every Week Credit, based on valuable feedback from our students. This update is designed to make managing your classes easier through the automatic application of every week credit benefits and UI enhancements.

Automated Class Postponement Benefit

Previously, you had to contact the Ringle team directly to use the class postponement benefit, which was inconvenient.

With this update, the class postponement benefit will be automatically applied by our system, eliminating the need to reach out to us.

• What is the Class Postponement Benefit? The Every Week Credit deducts a session if you do not attend at least one class per week. If you cannot attend a class during a particular week due to an urgent schedule, you can postpone the class for one week using this benefit.
• Automatic Extension of Every Week Credit Period: If you don’t attend a class during the week and have a remaining postponement benefit, your session will not be deducted, and your every week credit period will be automatically extended by 7 days.
• Notification Service: You will receive a notification when the postponement benefit is used.
• Benefit Check: You can check the status and remaining postponement benefits on the Ringle website or the weekly status page.

Improved Weekly Status Page

Previously, the weekly status page only indicated whether you had completed at least one class for the week.

With this update, the every week credit achievement status will reflect the following scenarios, along with detailed explanations. If the every week credit achievement is marked, your session will not be deducted even if no additional classes are taken that week.

• Regular class attendance
• Achieving the weekly class through tutor cancellation within 24 hours
• Achieving the weekly class due to a tutor no-show
• Achieving the weekly class by using the postponement benefit

*The updated weekly status display will apply only to weeks starting from August 14, 2024 (update implementation date). Some information may be missing for previous weeks.

How to Check Weekly Status

• PC: Home > Click [View Weekly Status] button
• App: Menu > Click [View Weekly Status] button

Additional Features

• Policy Check: Click [Every Week Credit Guide] on the PC home page to review detailed policies related to the Every Week Credit.
• Multiple Credit Management: If you have multiple Every Week Credits, you can check the status of other credits by clicking [View Other Credits]. Alternatively, you can view the [Weekly Status] of all your credits on the [My Credits] page on PC.
