[3.0 Update] Change in Policy for Lesson within 24 Hours Points (from December 4th)

Hello, this is the Ringle Customer Experience Team.


On December 4, 2023, Ringle will undergo the Ringle 3.0 update, a year-long preparation. With the 3.0 update, there are discontinuations and changes in some service offerings, and we would like to inform our customers about them.



Change in Policy for Lesson within 24 hours points




Starting from December 4th, there will be a change in the policy for 'lesson within 24 hours points.' The issuance of those points will be discontinued.


The background for providing these points is as follows:

  • 1) In the past, points were provided exceptionally for classes that were booked within 24 hours of the start time due to cancellations by other students.
  • 2) There were not many available last-minute lessons, and there were restrictions on material choices.


Therefore, when you reserved a last-minute lesson with a normal credit, we provided these points due to various constraints compared to reserving regular classes.


In this 3.0 update, we have made product improvements to address inconveniences related to last-minute lesson reservations. As a result, the last-minute lesson reservation has been redesigned as follows:


  • 1) Tutors can directly open their last-minute lesson schedules, providing an additional 50 to 100 last-minute lessons on average.
  • 2) Last-minute lesson reservations are now conducted on the same [Book] page as regular lesson reservations, rather than a separate tab for [Last-minute lesson].
  • 3) Material selection is now available even for last-minute lessons.


With the Ringle 3.0 update, we have redesigned last-minute lesson reservations to be conducted in the same manner as regular lesson reservations. In alignment with the update, we have decided to change the policy by discontinuing the issuance of points for class enrollment within 24 hours, effective at the time of the update.
